About the Role
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining technical partnerships within Italy, ensuring smooth integration processes and ongoing collaboration with external stakeholders in the mobility sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential technical partners in the Italian market
- Lead integration efforts between internal systems and partner platforms
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries from partners
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely implementation of APIs and data exchanges
- Monitor performance and reliability of partner integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising during onboarding or operation
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for integration processes
- Gather feedback from partners to improve technical offerings
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on data-sharing agreements
- Support the development of scalable technical frameworks for future partnerships
- Track integration milestones and ensure adherence to timelines
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Assess technical capabilities of prospective partners
- Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Promote best practices in API usage and data interoperability
- Escalate critical technical blockers to internal engineering leads
- Ensure consistent communication throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Contribute to the refinement of onboarding workflows
- Maintain records of technical specifications and integration status
- Support the rollout of new features to existing partners
- Participate in strategic discussions about partnership expansion
- Evaluate technical risks associated with new collaborations
- Assist in defining service level agreements for technical performance
- Work closely with product teams to prioritize integration-related improvements
