Responsibilities
- Ensure every new hire or role changer is automatically enrolled in the correct training from day one through accurate role-based system configurations.
- Proactively align training content with upcoming quality management system updates by collaborating with process owners ahead of implementation.
- Monitor training completion rates, identify delays early, engage managers to resolve gaps, and detect trends that could lead to compliance issues.
- Maintain fully accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready records of employee competence and training history.
- Develop effective training materials in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure clarity, relevance, and practical value for learners.
About titles at Neko
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
