LINKAI is looking for a freelance Business Developer IT to drive growth by hunting deals and expanding our client portfolio. This is a fully remote role where you will focus on prospecting within large companies and mid-sized enterprises (ETI), recruiting IT experts, and closing technical assistance contracts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including large accounts and ETIs in sectors like Retail, Luxury, Finance, and Industry.
- Identify and prospect new strategic accounts.
- Source and recruit IT experts such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and UX/UI specialists.
- Negotiate and close IT service contracts for technical assistance (AT).
- Ensure follow-up with placed consultants and maintain long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Business Development or IT Recruitment.
- An active network within the IT sector and among large enterprises.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle and close complex contracts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
