Banorte is hiring a Business Banking Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on attracting and developing the portfolio and clients for our Business Banking division, balancing performance for clients and profitability for the bank by delivering quality service with agility and timely response.
What You'll Do
- Attract prospective clients and retain current ones by promoting and cross-selling the various products and services of the financial group.
- Establish the annual account plan per client or corporate group, identifying business opportunities with the goal of making them more profitable for the bank.
- Ensure, through coordination with various internal areas, that the bank's services and/or products promptly meet customer needs.
- Execute the credit process, being responsible for compiling the normative file, preparing the credit study, obtaining the opinion of the risk area, and providing support in the bank's committees.
- Manage the timely collection of the credit portfolio correctly, maintaining close contact with clients and identifying deteriorations in their situation to mitigate recovery risk.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative fields.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in Business and/or Corporate Banking, performing financial analysis and managing client portfolios in the Business segment.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis and preparation of projections.
- Language proficiency in English.
