Whizz is hiring a Business Assistant with fluency in English and Russian to support our Operations department. You will be part of a fast-growing startup building the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US for gig workers, managing daily reporting, coordinating activities, and driving efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operational reporting in Google Sheets and prepare insightful ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinate department activities and monitor task completion across operations and cross-functional teams.
- Lead operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline internal workflows.
- Develop and maintain clear manuals, SOPs, and guidelines for the team.
- Act as a key point of contact, interacting with related departments to ensure seamless supporting activities.
- Execute essential operational tasks and provide hands-on support for ongoing company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience where you’ve demonstrated a track record of success.
- The ability to transform data into insights using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Full comfort navigating Miro, Notion, and various CRM systems.
- Effective English (B2) to collaborate seamlessly with the global team.
- Fluent English and Russian is mandatory.
