Responsibilities
- Analyze current distribution methods to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to define long-term strategic objectives
- Develop business capability models aligned with organizational goals
- Lead process optimization efforts across sales and distribution channels
- Translate business needs into actionable architectural frameworks
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Design operating models that support scalable growth
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements
- Evaluate performance metrics to measure distribution effectiveness
- Support change management initiatives during implementation phases
- Create visual models and documentation for business architecture
- Partner with IT teams to ensure technology alignment with business strategy
- Assess impact of regulatory changes on distribution operations
- Develop roadmaps for transitioning from current to future state models
- Use data analytics to support decision-making and forecasting
- Identify synergies across business units to reduce redundancy
- Maintain a repository of business capabilities and process assets
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards
- Drive adoption of best practices in business architecture
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Certification in business architecture or enterprise architecture
- Experience in insurance sector distribution models
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of digital sales channels

- Six Sigma or process improvement certification

- Prior work in a consulting capacity
