EQT Corporation, a leading US natural gas producer and the first traditional energy company of scale to achieve Net Zero on Scope 1 and 2 emissions, is hiring a Business Analyst / Specialist. In this role, you will drive significant process improvement and analytical initiatives within our Asset Development and Compliance programs. You will be instrumental in transforming operational efficiency by leading end-to-end process optimization, providing direct support to Asset Development functions and Compliance programs.

What You'll Do

Identify and execute short-term capacity optimization opportunities by analyzing regional supply/demand dynamics, pipeline constraints, and market trends.
Monitor and analyze price spreads across time periods and geographic regions to value opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial and operational models to support capacity planning, pricing decisions, forecasting, and optimization strategy.
Partner directly with Midstream Customers and internal Scheduling, Accounting, and Operations teams to support asset utilization and resolve market-driven issues.
Translate complex market data into actionable insights, performance reporting, and recommendations for leadership.
Develop and manage program metrics, KPIs, and evolution indicators to measure performance and highlight future opportunities.
Prioritize and oversee process improvement and analytics projects, ensuring high-impact delivery.
Share best practices, promote knowledge transfer, and strengthen collaboration across programs.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of direct experience in gas management, midstream commercial, or a related analytical role.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, or a closely related field.
