About the Role

The Business Analyst will work closely with sales, operations, and technology teams to understand business needs, translate requirements, and support the implementation of technology solutions that improve sales performance and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams
  • Support the development and testing of sales technology tools and platforms
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in managing changes to systems and processes with minimal disruption
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and forecasting
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales technology platforms
  • Participate in project planning and execution for technology initiatives
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies for potential integration into the sales stack
  • Document workflows, processes, and system functionalities
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new tools and features
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales methodologies and technology trends
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to data governance policies
  • Assist in the prioritization of technology backlog items based on business impact
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the sales lifecycle
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate solution outcomes
  • Support integration efforts between multiple sales systems and platforms
