European Dynamics is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German to join our team. You will be responsible for business analysis, detailed requirement documentation, and client communication. The role offers flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki, and requires a readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
What You'll Do
- Conduct business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team.
- Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and decision-making processes.
- Perform software testing, user training, handle 3rd-level support requests, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in project management and reporting activities.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific area, or Economics.
- A motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.
- Fluency in German at a C1+ level.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility standards.
