Babelgroup seeks a Business Analyst to play a central role in Digital Transformation projects for major clients across Public Administration, Banking, Insurance, Industry, and Telecommunications.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and translate business needs into actionable requirements for large-scale digital projects.
- Support clients across key sectors through their Digital Transformation journey.
- Collaborate with project teams using structured methodologies to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a relevant field.
- Up to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies: Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence tools.
