About the Role

Raymond James is looking for a Business Analyst to support the strategic delivery of Workday solutions across HR functions. In this role, you will act as a business partner and systems expert, translating complex business needs into effective configurations and process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Interpret business needs and identify solution recommendations for business unit-level problems.
  • Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes, describing changes required to achieve new capabilities.
  • Execute communications plans and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to build effective relationships.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies from technological and organizational perspectives.
  • Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends.
  • Review existing operations and generate ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of technology, regulation, and best practices through ongoing education.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Skills in installing, maintaining, and upgrading application software.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate application problems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data trends to guide decision-making and work independently with technical guidance.
  • Capability to analyze solutions and create value-based recommendations for stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Processing.

Nice to Have

  • HR systems administration experience.
  • Experience with Workday benefits, including Open Enrollment.
  • Experience with Workday absence management, core and advanced compensation, including the compensation review process.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $80,000.00-$100,000.00
