Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ensono’s use of CPQ in our business, reflecting end user feedback
- Become an expert in Ensono’s global CPQ system and a go-to resource for CPQ expertise and advice and business user support
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their relevant business requirements
- Implement and maintain product logic and cost models in CPQ, working in partnership with our product managers
- Support sales users in the quoting process and on complex commercial scenarios
- Build effective working relationships across Ensono’s business
- Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for the CPQ system
- Review how CPQ user journeys align with company processes and recommend changes & improvements
- Continually evolve the quality and improvement to CPQ, actively seeking productivity gains for all business users
- Act as CPQ representative for related business change projects and system integration initiatives such as with Salesforce and Workday
- Work with the CPQ vendor to implement the agreed roadmap, test and manage planned releases
- Educate new starters and refresh existing users on system functionality and new configurable products
- Develop and maintain reporting for business and product analytics
