Talan is hiring a Business Analyst Cash Management

At Talan, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our specialized Payments and Cash Management team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between Business and IT, taking on responsibilities as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Test Manager throughout the cash management project lifecycle for corporate treasury clients.

What You'll Do

• Write specifications including business requirements and detailed functional specifications.
• Document test scenarios and cases in a testing tracking tool.
• Execute and monitor test scenarios, documenting bugs and tracking fixes.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved including Business, IT, and Project Management.
• Provide user assistance and monitor productivity.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a consultant on a cash management, payment flow, or payment method solution.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic, European, and international payment methods including payment initiation and execution, customer reporting, and customer rights management.
• Good knowledge of a Treasury software such as Kyriba, XRT, KTP, TRAX, or Atlas.
• Integrity, rigor, dynamism, and a strong desire to learn new technical, functional, and business environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to any situation and a strong team spirit.
• A good level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile methodologies.
