Delta Exchange is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. We need a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 2-4 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to tackle complex business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.
- Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
- Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to define and execute business strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
