ACV is hiring a Business Analyst for the Digital and Information Systems Directorate (DGNSI) of the State of Vaud. You will contribute to the management, development, and maintenance of internal and outsourced infrastructure services, focusing on delivering value to stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Advise business relationships and beneficiary services on processes and information systems. Analyze and resolve assigned issues, recommending solution options that provide value to stakeholders and facilitating decision-making.
- Design an information system with users that meets the needs of beneficiary services and the challenges of the cantonal information system.
- Act as the liaison between project ownership and project execution teams.
- Implement facilitation, co-construction, and collective intelligence techniques to achieve set goals.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in business consulting and analysis within information systems projects and/or transformation.
- Mastery of business analysis tools is required.
- At least 5 years of experience within a project team or working autonomously.
- A results-oriented approach, rapid understanding of business expectations, and a focus on efficiency and service quality.
- The ability to manage several analysis assignments of different scopes concurrently, delivering results tailored to the objectives and stakes of each situation.
- Must be domiciled in Switzerland.
Nice to Have
- IREB, CBAP, or CCBA (BABOK) certifications are desirable.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM, etc.).
- Knowledge in user experience (UX), design thinking, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts.
