Join Sopra Steria's Financial Services division as a Business Analyst (AMOA). In this role, you will act as the essential interface between business and IT, translating business needs into our information system. You will focus on projects within retail banking, private banking, and specialized financial services, with particular emphasis on life and non-life insurance.
What You'll Do
- Define user needs and create detailed user stories.
- Monitor project progress in collaboration with the technical team and the client.
- Write specifications and general requirements documents.
- Write and validate functional test plans.
- Optimize the ergonomics of products and solutions based on usage and user experience.
- Lead functional scoping workshops and provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Support our teams in enhancing the client's business value.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree (Master 2) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project delivery, from scoping through to application maintenance or testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience and a genuine passion for the banking and insurance sectors, particularly life and non-life insurance.
