E.ON is looking for a Business Analyst to define business requirements and functionalities in technical language according to our digital platform development standards. You will act as the key liaison between business areas facing challenges, technical specialists, and the solutions designed to resolve them.
What You'll Do
- Define business requirements and necessary functionalities in technical language, in accordance with digital platform development standards.
- Work closely with process managers to identify business needs and provide solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business areas, technical specialists, and identified technical solutions.
- Identify and document the strengths and weaknesses of company business processes and develop practical, competitive solutions.
- Perform other tasks that naturally arise from your role, adapted to your knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher technical studies; specialization in IT is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar analysis position.
- Ability to understand and model business processes using specific standards (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Experience in writing and managing technical and business documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications).
- Practical experience using MS Office, databases, web design, Project Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology.
- Conversational level English knowledge.
