CLAAS Global Sales GmbH, part of the CLAAS family, seeks a dedicated student for a Business Administration/Controlling role. You will provide crucial support to sales regions through financial analysis, reporting, and planning processes, contributing directly to our international sales strategy.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and analysis of management reports to steer sales regions, including the preparation and visualization of key performance indicators.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting for revenue, contribution margin, and cost center expenses through data analysis and the creation of corresponding reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, particularly in preparing and analyzing relevant metrics.
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of controlling systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed foundational studies in economics, business mathematics, or industrial engineering.
- Solid fundamental knowledge in controlling, cost accounting, or accounting.
- Proficient handling of standard MS-Office applications.
- Good English language skills.
- High degree of self-reliance combined with strong teamwork abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and good analytical-conceptual skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable.
