United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via email, phone, and live chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure an excellent experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Record and update customer details using internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Follow communication procedures and policies to maintain service quality

What We're Looking For
- Must currently reside in the United Kingdom with the right to work in the UK
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent education
- Confident written and spoken communication skills
- Reliable broadband connection and suitable home workspace
- Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office applications
- Professional, polite, and solution-focused attitude
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
