Responsibilities
- Help customers choose products that match their needs.
- Educate customers about different strains and product types.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the store clean and well-organized.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid Colorado MED Badge.
- Experience guiding customers through product selection in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience managing high-volume walk-in customer traffic.
- Experience operating a cash register with accuracy.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work on-site at the store location.
- Must have reliable transportation to the store.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are helpful.
- Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends is preferred.
