Lafarge Granulats, part of LafargeHolcim, is hiring a Budgeting & Scheduling Lead for our Sokhna Plant. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution from inception to completion. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide technical expertise in planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk analysis.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies, maintaining the highest degree of safety and safe working practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with project objectives, milestones, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure schedule compliance.
- Validate baseline schedules, perform critical path analysis, and manage overall project timelines.
- Define work breakdown structures (WBS), sequence activities, and allocate resources to ensure project efficiency.
- Track project progress against planned timelines and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify scheduling risks and provide mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to synchronize schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure project scheduling aligns with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
- Develop alternative schedules to address potential delays and optimize project execution.
- Define and track project scheduling KPIs, including earned value analysis (EVA) and schedule performance index (SPI).
- Align schedule planning with cost estimates to ensure budget compliance.
Work Mode
This role requires full-time onsite work at the Sokhna Plant.
