Eleos Health, through Bravium Consulting, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development efforts and technical design within a key workstream. You will be responsible for architecting and developing complex solutions, guiding mid-level developers, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical Project and Portfolio Management processes.

What You'll Do

Work independently on assigned tasks for end-to-end ServiceNow implementation.
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct client workshops to articulate the value of solutions and solicit feedback.
Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders.
Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes, focusing on Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.
Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for designated work area(s).
Contribute to process improvement and documentation.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience, with 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.
Required active public trust clearance from DHS.
Must be a US Citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).
ServiceNow Certified System Administration.
5+ years of overall experience.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities—including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and machine-learning–driven workflows.
