Academy Solutions is hiring for The Academy, a hybrid role that blends hands-on fulfillment work with administrative and client support. You’ll split your time between on-site warehouse tasks and remote laptop work, contributing directly to our mission of supporting schools and education programs.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prep orders accurately
- Help with kit assembly and special projects
- Keep workspaces organized and efficient
- Assist with inventory receiving and staging
- Flag issues early so they don’t become problems
- Respond to assigned inboxes using clear guidelines
- Enter orders from purchase orders or emails
- Help with billing paperwork and tracking
- Support scheduling, file organization, and recurring admin tasks
- Assist internal teams with day-to-day support
What We're Looking For
- Pays attention to details and follows through
- Is comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic software
- Can switch between hands-on work and desk work
- Shows up on time and communicates clearly
- Is comfortable lifting boxes (up to ~50 lbs) on warehouse days

- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, admin, or customer support roles
