Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to retirement plan recordkeeping
- Update and verify plan data through FIS Relius Administration software
- Review and process contribution files, participant activity, loan requests, and distribution requests
- Engage directly with plan participants, plan sponsors, financial advisors, and payroll providers
- Ensure all transactions and reports are accurate and submitted on time
- Work closely with fellow administrators and team members to maintain high service standards
- Interpret plan documentation, compliance test outcomes, and Form 5500 filings
- Execute corrections for retirement plans as needed
- Remain informed on IRS, Department of Labor, and ERISA regulations impacting qualified plans
