About the Role

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Brand Manager to join the team behind the Vital Proteins brand. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth across the UK & Ireland by creating and executing brand plans aligned with our portfolio ambitions in the Vitamins, Minerals and Health Supplements (VMHS) category. You will act as the brand's champion, delivering results in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute annual brand plans, translating consumer and shopper insight into actionable strategies and integrated communication campaigns.
  • Lead above-the-line communications, influencer and PR campaigns, and media planning to support brand building and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee budget management to optimise resource allocation.
  • Conduct performance analysis using insights from P&Ls, sales, brand health, and consumer research to inform brand plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Help deliver new and exciting innovation to the market.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Brand Manager in a matrix organisation within FMCG or Health Supplements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deal with competing priorities and a changing landscape.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Expertise in social media, CRM, and direct-to-consumer strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery, including driving product innovation.
  • Proficient in P&L management and financial analysis to improve profitability coupled with a solid understanding of commercials.
  • A highly organised approach and enjoy working as part of a busy team.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the wider marketing team, reporting directly into the Senior Brand Manager.
