Cosmo Beauty Brand House GmbH is looking for a Brand Manager (m/w/d) to join us in Berlin. In this role, you will shape and advance our brands with a focus on UV nail polish, care, and beauty topics. We need someone passionate about the latest trends and dedicated to building a strong brand identity.

What You'll Do

Develop the brand strategy and work continuously on the correct brand positioning and identity.
Plan, conceptualize, and implement cross-channel communication measures.
Develop innovative concepts with the product team that revolutionize the market.
Control and implement marketing measures, including working with external agencies or freelancers.
Ensure consistent communication across all external and internal channels.
Work closely with distribution and develop attractive point-of-sale designs and activations.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams.

What We're Looking For

A completed training or degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on beauty.
A creative, curious mindset with a love for developing and implementing ideas.
Strategic thinking, always keeping our mission and target group in mind.
A reliable sense for design, text, and language.
Proficiency in both German and English.
Independent, organized working style with a desire to shape things yourself.
On-site presence in Berlin is necessary, with a flexible home office arrangement.

Nice to Have

First contacts with distributors or experience with stationary retail.
