UpCodes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our core product and shape its strategic direction. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, engage deeply with users, and partner with the engineering team to manage complexity, test hypotheses, and develop specifications in a highly complex domain.

What You'll Do

Own user research and discovery efforts to gain a deep understanding of the industry, engage with customers, and study analytics to inform product decisions.
Work closely with the founders to set product strategy, roadmap, and set priorities for the engineering team.
Work cross-functionally with the team, harnessing collective wisdom to drive the product forward and execute product strategy.
Work with subject matter experts to understand industry challenges and translate them into user value.
Develop UI/UX solutions with the design team by creating wireframes and maintaining a constant feedback loop.
Drive collaboration across teams, integrate different perspectives, and establish clear decisions.
Communicate efficiently in writing in a fully distributed, async culture, ensuring every decision is documented via product briefs, PRDs, Slack messages, etc.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS.
Experience taking full end-to-end ownership of major features or products in lean product teams.
Comfortable conducting user interviews and using them to make informed product decisions.
Strong design sense focused on building products that are simple, accessible, and easy to use.
Excellent at managing feedback and using it as a driving force for work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with users and a remote, global team.
Data-driven decision-making backed by clear reasoning.
Detail-oriented, raising the team's standards for quality and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience at early-stage or fast-growing companies.
Experience working with compliance tech.
Experience with tools like Amplitude and Figma.
