CommonSpirit Health is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Graphic Design Specialist to support the development and execution of high-quality visual content. You will help enhance our brand identity by creating assets that reflect our values and inspire our audiences, working collaboratively within our brand and creative teams.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality designs for digital assets, print materials, and experiential branding.
- Develop and refine graphic assets that align with CommonSpirit Health’s brand guidelines.
- Act as a guardian of CommonSpirit Health’s visual identity, ensuring all creative outputs align with established standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a centralized library of design templates and assets.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to understand project objectives and deliver compelling design solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to produce high-quality materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
- Maintain an organized workflow by tracking project milestones and communicating progress.
- Advance brand transition efforts across CommonSpirit Health’s multi-state footprint, overseeing local efforts and traveling as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
