About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering brand experiences at retail locations by engaging store teams, executing promotional setups, and maintaining brand visibility in line with client guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store visits to support brand presence at retail partners
- Set up and maintain product displays according to brand specifications
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional messaging
- Ensure compliance with branding and display standards during site visits
- Report on execution quality and store-level performance metrics
- Build relationships with store managers and personnel
- Respond to brand-related inquiries from retail teams
- Capture and submit photos of completed displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock concerns
- Deliver promotional materials to designated locations
- Track time and activities using digital reporting tools
- Adhere to safety and compliance protocols during in-store work
- Represent brand values during all retail interactions
- Escalate operational issues to regional supervisors
- Support special events and product launches as needed
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a brand ambassador or field representative
- Background in consumer goods, retail, or marketing services
- Experience using digital reporting or task management platforms
- Knowledge of local retail landscape in South Texas
- Track record of consistent attendance and reliability

Territory Focus
- Primary coverage includes San Antonio and Rio Grande Valley retail markets
- Ambassadors must be able to access stores across urban and rural locations within the region
Scheduling
- Work schedule follows retail hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Assignments are distributed weekly with flexibility based on campaign needs
Training and Onboarding
- New hires complete digital onboarding and brand-specific training modules
- Initial field training conducted with regional supervisor
Performance Evaluation
- Success measured by display compliance, reporting accuracy, and store feedback
- Regular check-ins with regional leadership to review performance
Equipment Provided
- Smartphone and reporting app access supplied for task tracking
- Branded materials, display components, and safety gear provided as needed
