Puig is hiring a Brand Ambassador for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting July 2026. Based at Inno Louise in Brussels, you will be central to developing commercial activity and building brand awareness by providing a unique, personalized customer experience and acting as an entrepreneur for the store's overall sales operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop commercial activity and brand awareness by providing a personalized and unique customer experience.
- Act as an entrepreneur, taking ownership of the store's overall operational sales.
- Work as a team to achieve sales targets through engagement and collaboration.
- Master brand knowledge, DNA, and universes; become a fragrance expert with strong olfactory culture and vocabulary.
- Know and apply customer experience rules and sales ceremony, transporting the customer through storytelling.
- Demonstrate empathy and service, building long-term customer relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Respect schedules and processes of INNO and Puig, and alert your manager to any dysfunction proactively.
- Endorse the role of concept ambassador and contribute to continuous improvement through a 'test and learn' approach.
- Maintain impeccable grooming, uniform, and personal image.
- Respect and guarantee the coherence of merchandising guidelines and ensure perfect visibility through cleanliness of spaces and POS elements.
- Give regular feedback to project stakeholders and share best practices with the community.
- Achieve sales targets at individual and collective levels.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels at the point of sale and know product pricing and competitive positioning.
- Animate the stand by attracting customers and performing clienteling.
- Know key levers to achieve targets and be proactive in their implementation, performing daily sales control and competitor analysis.
- Participate in sales and store information meetings and support necessary missions for the overall good functioning of the point of sale.

- First experience in the perfume and cosmetics industry is essential.

Team & Environment
You will work as part of a team to achieve sales targets, collaborating closely with colleagues. You will report to a manager and are expected to alert them proactively to any dysfunction.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role located in Brussels, Belgium.
