Lead and shape brand strategy for organizations in transition as the Brand Advisory Lead. You’ll manage a team of communication specialists and designers, guiding their development through goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Client Advisory & Brand Governance
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, primarily through email and virtual meetings, ensuring all visual and written content aligns with established brand standards. You’ll provide expert input on design, typography, layout, and tone, helping organizations maintain consistency during critical phases such as rebranding, mergers, or strategic shifts.
Workshops & Knowledge Transfer
Design and lead training sessions and interactive workshops that empower client teams to uphold brand governance. Your ability to communicate complex brand principles clearly will be key to driving long-term adoption and alignment across departments and touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in brand advisory, governance, or a similar strategic role
- At least 2 years leading or coordinating a creative or communications team
- Professional design background with a demonstrable portfolio
- Proven experience supporting brands through transformation (e.g., rebranding, mergers)
- Facilitation experience, including workshop delivery
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Preferred Background
- Experience working with international clients
- Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design or branding workflows
