Oppizi is hiring a Brand Activation Manager to lead our offline marketing campaigns in Boston, MA. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will be responsible for managing field execution, coaching teams, and moving resources efficiently across the metro area.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and motivate Brand Ambassadors on-site, with 75% of your time spent providing field leadership.
- Provide real-time coaching to team members and ensure target delivery for campaigns.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and energetic environment during field missions.
- Build weekly field schedules and staffing plans.
- Identify and deploy teams to high-traffic areas across Boston, including malls, transit hubs, campuses, and downtown areas.
- Coordinate campaign logistics with the warehouse and logistics team.
- Track key performance indicators using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt field strategy quickly.
- Manage campaign materials, including flyers, uniforms, and stock levels.
- Ensure accurate usage reporting and oversee timely restocking of supplies.
