The Symicor Group is hiring a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Indianapolis, IN branch. This role is pivotal in maximizing branch growth, revenues, and client experience while ensuring full compliance with banking laws and regulations. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the branch and the development of your team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily operation of the branch through coaching, training, and developing branch associates.
- Plan and coordinate short-term and long-term strategies to ensure branch goals are met.
- Oversee branch team(s) and hold them accountable for performance.
- Drive all facets of sales and service by motivating your team to achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and deepen existing relationships.
- Strategically research your market, including consumer needs, competitor offerings, market conditions, trends, and opportunities.
- Create a sales culture and hold self and team accountable for successful business development and client retention.
- Maintain and expand existing client and business banking relationships through outside sales efforts.
- Refer clients to other lines of business within the bank and motivate your team to do the same.
- Partner with small business clients to ensure their banking products and services meet their needs and create value.
- Utilize data and reports to identify trends and information critical for reaching branch goals.
- Oversee the performance management of your team diligently.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a branch or a significant sales/service team within a financial services environment.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth, business development, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
