At Kyivstar, we're looking for a BPMS Development and Support Engineer to own the development and lifecycle of business processes on our Scriptum BPM platform. You will be the key technical link between business stakeholders and the implemented solutions, ensuring our workflows are efficient, reliable, and meet business needs.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business customers and analysts to clarify, agree on, and document business requirements.
- Design and build forms on the low-code Scriptum BPM platform, including writing custom JavaScript scripts.
- Develop and model working business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation, enhanced with JavaScript scripting.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and tasks.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented business processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve logical and technical issues within business process configurations and integrations with other systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency and hands-on experience configuring business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
- Practical experience writing JavaScript scripts.
- Knowledge of JSON syntax and understanding of API principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development principles and information structuring.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- English language skills at a pre-Intermediate level for reading documentation.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of the Camunda architecture and toolset.
- Experience with Node.js and/or VueJS.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Experience working with the UnityBase platform and its Scriptum module.
- Experience with O365 and PowerAutomate.
