About the Role

Position Summary We are recruiting a Digital Interaction Agent Specialist to integrate into our team and facilitate the creation, evaluation, and optimization of engagement conversational platforms. This role involves strategic collaboration with the Chief Product Officer and client stakeholders to guarantee bot functionality, intuitive design, and professional visual presentation. Although clients will primarily construct their own interactive agents, you will provide comprehensive technical, design, and usability assistance. The position welcomes professionals from Web Development, Conversational AI, User Experience Design, or Automation backgrounds, with a critical emphasis on foundational design capabilities supporting visual composition and content presentation. Job Details: Remote Work Monday to Friday | 12 AM to 9 AM PST *Following PH Holidays* Responsibilities • Collaborate with CPO to advance bot development initiatives. • Support client interaction management while maintaining minimal customer service responsibilities. • Configure, modify, and validate engagement agents using predetermined scripts and operational guidelines. • Implement content integration, functionality verification, and execute straightforward system updates. • Detect and escalate potential technical complications to core development team. • Apply fundamental design expertise for subtle image manipulation, layout refinement, and content structuring. • Guarantee interactive agents deliver seamless, user-centric experiences aligned with interface design standards. • Produce AI representative multimedia content utilizing internal technological resources. • Demonstrate rapid adaptability to emerging tools and methodological approaches, with structured training enabling independent bot construction within a two-week timeframe. • Execute front-end quality assurance evaluations ensuring consistent agent performance across device types and screen dimensions. • Critically analyze user interface components, interactive elements, and visual design for cohesiveness and accessibility. • Recognize user experience challenges involving navigation flow, readability, and interaction design. • Comprehensively test dynamic elements, interactive controls, hyperlinks, visual media, and embedded content for precise functionality. • Systematically document technical anomalies, usability challenges, and visual inconsistencies, coordinating resolution strategies with core team. • Conduct comprehensive cross-platform and responsive design assessments. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience conducting front-end quality assurance for digital platforms • Alternative technical backgrounds acceptable with supplementary UI/UX design and front-end testing exposure • Web Development proficiency (WordPress, drag-and-drop interfaces, foundational coding knowledge) • Automation Platform expertise (Zapier, n8n, Make, comparable workflow optimization tools) • Conversational AI Development experience • Advanced Front-end Quality Assurance capabilities • Detail-oriented with high technological adaptability • Passionate about artificial intelligence, no-code platforms, and automation • Robust analytical and communication competencies • Capacity for autonomous work and collaborative leadership • Video production skills considered advantageous • Ability to identify interface design discrepancies, spatial misalignments, and interaction workflow interruptions • Comprehensive understanding of user experience principles • Proficient in systematic issue documentation utilizing visual evidence and reproducible problem-solving methodologies
