Role Overview

As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that streamline internal operations. Your focus will be on creating reliable, scalable automations that directly improve how teams work across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch AI agents to automate core business processes
  • Use no-code and low-code platforms to implement intelligent workflows efficiently
  • Refine and maintain existing automations to ensure consistent performance
  • Partner with leadership to identify automation opportunities with the highest business impact
  • Keep detailed documentation of system logic and process flows
  • Track automation performance and recommend iterative enhancements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience developing AI-based automation systems
  • Strong familiarity with platforms such as OpenClaw, claude, and manus
  • Skill in converting defined business procedures into functional AI workflows
  • Ability to work independently with clearly set objectives
  • A mindset oriented toward execution, testing, and ongoing refinement
  • Passion for applying AI in practical, production-level environments

Work Environment

This is a remote role open to candidates in Latin America. The work model supports asynchronous progress with a focus on ownership and measurable outcomes. You’ll operate within a culture that values speed, scalability, and real-world AI integration.

Compensation & Incentives

Pay is structured at $8 to $15 USD per hour, with opportunities for rate increases tied directly to the performance and business impact of delivered automations.
