The AI Automation Engineer will focus on identifying and implementing AI-driven automations across WFS to improve speed, consistency, and scalability. This is a highly execution-oriented role centered on building practical AI agents and workflows using no-code or low-code platforms to support day-to-day operations within a full-stack RevOps agency.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate internal WFS workflows
- Implement automations using established AI and integration tools
- Maintain and optimize existing workflows for reliability and performance
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact automation use cases
- Document workflows and automation logic clearly
- Monitor automation outcomes and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations or workflows
- Comfortable working inside no-code or low-code automation platforms
- Ability to take defined business processes and translate them into working AI solutions
- Highly experienced and advanced in models like claude, manus, & other AI platforms
- Staying ahead of the curve on Open Claw and excited to help build agents
- Enjoy execution, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently once priorities are set
- Excited to apply AI in real business environments, not just theory
