  1. 规划与执行:根据区域市场的情况,制定并落实区域短期、中期和长期的业务目标。
  2. 客户战略落地:把公司的整体战略和市场策略细化到每个客户,确保战略能够顺利实施。
  3. 渠道拓展:寻找潜在客户,建立良好的合作关系,推动销售转化和客户的持续购买。
  4. 渠道赋能:帮助经销商执行标准化的销售策略,协调经销商政策的落实和营销活动的策划。
  5. 项目跟进:负责区域项目销售渠道规划与订单跟踪管理,深度挖掘潜在项目资源,建立项目信息动态追踪机制,持续提升项目中标率,支持代理商的项目管理和博世内部资源的沟通协调。并协助区域内集采项目落地。
  6. 跨部门协同:与技术、售后、市场等团队紧密合作,快速解决销售过程中遇到的各种问题。
  7. 生态关系建设:维护与区域经销商、终端客户等核心利益相关者的关系,提升客户的忠诚度和业务渗透率。
  8. 流程优化:以客户体验为中心,不断优化销售流程,推动服务标准化和卓越化。
  9. 业务洞察:定期分析区域市场和经销商的运营情况,定期输出市场趋势研判报告与竞品策略分析,为决策提供数据支持。

Qualifications

  • 教育背景:本科及以上学历,暖通空调(HVAC)、热能动力或相关工科专业优先。
  • 行业经验:5年以上暖通等相关领域的销售经验,熟悉渠道管理。并具备 工程项目销售经验,具有TOP地产开发商战略合作经验者、装修设计渠道资源者优先。
  • 核心能力:擅长搭建区域销售网络和优化渠道体系,了解供暖系统和智能控制系统的技术原理及应用,具备市场趋势洞察力和挖掘商业机会的能力。且精通项目型销售方法论,具备卓越的商务谈判能力与高层客户关系经营技巧。有激情,以客户为导向,强大的抗压能力。
