Upstage is recruiting Teaching Assistants for the 8th cohort of its Boostcamp AI Tech 2025 program. In this role, you will contribute directly to the AI education ecosystem by supporting the development and delivery of courses over a 2-3 month period.

What You'll Do

Create, review, and improve course content, including lecture videos, assignments, practice exercises, study guides, and supplementary materials.
Design achievement goals and evaluation criteria for each course, producing related assessment items.
Conduct live educational sessions for participants (up to 2 sessions depending on the course).
Respond to participant questions within 24 hours during the course operation period.
Create and review competition-style content in a leaderboard format, designing and producing contest materials and tutorials.
Perform comprehensive testing for the competition platform (next.stages.ai) to ensure stable setup and operation.

What We're Looking For

Enrollment in at least the first semester of a Master's program or current employment in an AI-related field.
For graduates of Naver Boostcamp AI Tech, eligibility upon completion of the program.
Sufficient understanding of the course content you are applying to support (e.g., common topics, CV, NLP, RecSys).
Proficient programming skills, including Python.
Understanding of major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Communication skills for effective collaboration.

Nice to Have

Experience creating educational materials related to artificial intelligence.
Experience in competition creation.
Hands-on AI project experience in a professional setting.
Award history in AI hackathons, Kaggle, or similar.
Authorship of papers in top-tier ML/DL conferences or journals.
A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
Prior participation in Boostcamp AI Tech as a graduate, TA, or mentor.
