Ingram Micro is hiring an Associate III, Local Master Data-US to join our Master Data Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity and compliance of vendor and material master data across our systems, ensuring alignment with global standards and country-specific regulations.
What You'll Do
- Manage vendor and material master data across multiple systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with country-specific regulations, and alignment with global standards.
- Resolve data discrepancies and maintain localization attributes.
- Support internal teams through voice and administrative support.
- Contribute to process improvement by updating SOPs and performing data cleanups.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
What We're Looking For
- Around 1-2 years of experience in data governance, vendor management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SAP, MDG, and data validation tools.
- Proven ability to manage country-specific compliance requirements and localization fields.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
- Experience in process documentation, data cleanup, and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with macros and templates is a plus.
