About the Role

Becton Dickinson (BD) is looking for a Quality EMEA Data Analyst to join our regional organization. You will be an active member of the Data Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence, contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and support of Quality Data and tools. Your work will deliver insights through data analysis and process optimization for the regional function.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Quality EMEA Data Analytics & Insights CoE framework and operating model.
  • Maintain, develop, and support the Quality EMEA Data management framework, adhering to processes and proposing improvements.
  • Provide tools and methodology for Data capture and measurement points.
  • Foster an environment for best practice by sharing and communicating across all locations and staff associates.
  • Support KPI definition and monthly Metrics capture.
  • Support and influence similar projects across the Quality organization, providing Data Insight expertise.
  • Provide support, investigations, and data analytics on request from Country and functional quality in EMEA.
  • Comply with all local and regional quality regulations and compliance and all business policies and procedures.
  • Operate and support change across a multi-cultural sphere.
  • Ensure process improvement driven by fact-based data capture, Quality, and Customer Experience (CX) is a priority.
  • Develop expertise within the Data meanings and Dashboarding area.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver with excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Data Capture & Data Insights analysis and methodology.
  • Experience with Data Insights tools and technology such as Power BI, Excel, Qualtrics (or similar), Sharepoint, Microsoft Team.
  • Ability to deploy Office 365 concepts and mindset within an organization to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing and data insights.
  • Experience with Data Insights, developing tools, methodologies and processes, writing procedures and training groups of associates.
  • Knowledge of data management and reporting tools/systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly (10% of the time) in the region (EMEA scope).

Nice to Have

  • Bare minimum skillset around Project Management within a regulated environment and Med Tech environment.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in either Wroclaw, Poland or Grenoble, France.
