Paired is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. You will maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the success of our forward-thinking media company, thriving in an established environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage bookkeeping for the company.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Experience in setting up payroll for US-based companies is a must.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in California-based companies is preferred.
- Expertise in establishing accounting or bookkeeping processes from the ground up is preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication.
