SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional customer and technical support for a client in the golf industry. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, building positive relationships while working with a multicultural team.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Meet team KPIs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent German at a C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
- English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Experience in customer support.
- Interest in and knowledge of golf rules and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Independent and proactive approach to work.
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with luxury brands.
- Experience with CRM systems.
