Construction & Property Group is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for our construction projects. You'll be a vital part of our UK team, ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining strong cash flow through rigorous accounts receivable management.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for construction projects using QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts receivable and actively collect outstanding debts owed to the company.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Process payroll through QuickBooks Payroll.
- Manage employee time tracking using QuickBooks Time.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Construction Bookkeeper.
- Strong accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
