ReWorks Solutions seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper/Data Entry professional to join our team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team's daily operations, working US EST hours.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update financial records by performing data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage payroll data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages and deductions.
- Support the accounting team in daily operational tasks, including filing and organizing digital records.
- Input and update customer and vendor information in accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or data entry roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
