Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of therapists through training, coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and children to supervise assessments, implement individualized behavior plans, and track progress over time.
• Communicate with external professionals to explain behavioral strategies and demonstrate measurable clinical outcomes for each child.
• Contribute to organizational leadership by supporting company values, growth initiatives, and mission-driven practices.
