Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the design and implementation of secure, high-performance blockchain systems. In this role, you'll build and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and DApps, across platforms like Ethereum and Hyperledger
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements and system architecture
- Write, test, and audit smart contracts to ensure correctness and resilience against vulnerabilities
- Research and apply cryptographic methods and consensus mechanisms to enhance network integrity
- Optimize blockchain performance and scalability to support growing system demands
- Integrate blockchain components with existing back-end and front-end systems
- Conduct code reviews and security audits to maintain high code quality
- Document development processes, system designs, and technical specifications
- Support team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in blockchain development, particularly with smart contracts and DApp deployment
- Firm grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus models and cryptographic principles
- Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with blockchain scaling solutions such as layer-2 protocols
- Knowledge of token standards including ERC-20 and ERC-721
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tooling
- Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) architectures and use cases

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a salary range of USD 38,000 to USD 135,000, with eligibility for variable pay. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays. The position is onsite and does not support remote work.
