Photon Group is hiring a Blockchain Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of secure and reliable blockchain-based projects, from smart contracts to decentralized applications.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum.
Audit and optimize existing smart contracts for security and efficiency.
Research and implement consensus algorithms and cryptographic techniques.
Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in blockchain networks.
Implement security best practices and conduct regular audits.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Provide technical support and training to team members.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in blockchain development, including smart contract development and DApp deployment.
Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum and Hyperledger.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
