TensorOps is hiring a BizOps Associate to apply strategic and quantitative skills to drive growth and improve the bottom line. You will surface new opportunities through data-driven analysis, working closely with leaders across departments to develop new strategies and influence product design.

What You'll Do

Identify business challenges and leverage data creatively to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
Develop problem frameworks, hypotheses, tests, and analyses to inform solutions; lead implementation and monitoring.
Build and navigate data to solve key business problems, answer ad hoc requests, and report on metrics to stakeholders.
Develop & maintain financial models to forecast the impact of new strategies and measure actual performance.
Perform modeling and analytics to assist with new product and pricing strategies.
Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, evaluate new channels, and optimize existing strategies.
Identify and refine KPI metrics to monitor business performance and improvement.

What We're Looking For

BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field.
4+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking.
Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Expertise with SQL.
Exceptional thought partnership skills, able to own direct stakeholder relationships.
Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems in consumer-facing and internal product areas.
