ewor is seeking a Biotech Co-Founder / Head of Growth to launch and lead a high-impact startup within our ecosystem. You will embark on a personal development journey, receiving intensive coaching and support to build your company, achieve product-market fit, and scale revenues beyond €100M.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Biotech.
- Follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until having reached product-market-fit.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine.
- Scale your startup to €100M+ in revenues.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language.
