Biote Medical is hiring a District Manager to support our business in the Louisville, KY area. In this field-based remote position, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified physicians and practitioners into a partnership with Biote, providing them with the Biote Method for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and healthy aging options. Your role will be centered on relationship development, practice growth, sales, and providing technical, educational, and operational support to our Provider Partners.
What You'll Do
- Acquire and retain extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through materials provided by Biote and outside sources.
- Conduct physician, staff, and patient training on Biote's business protocols, including marketing, financial, therapy, forms, patient seminars, and online resources.
- Research and evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on Biote's criteria for appropriateness and suitability.
- Present Biote's training and business program to physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers, and office staff.
- Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through prospecting, appointment setting, and presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with practitioners to grow practices and maintain patient retention levels of 60% or better.
- Secure all required contracts, paperwork, documentation, payments, and fees for training and certification classes.
- Conduct and facilitate patient educational seminars as needed for trained practitioners on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to practice development by assisting the Office Manager/Marketing position with email marketing, social media, referral cards, and website information.
- Prospect for new leads and identify quality sales prospects from active leads.
- Attend marketing and sales events for prospects and current customers.
- Work with customers for sales referrals with new prospects.
- Update all relevant sales activities in the Company's CRM system.
- Close sales accurately and effectively each month to meet or exceed targets.
- Respond to all emails from customers, Biote employees, and related vendors in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Must be located in the Louisville, KY area.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business model.
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
- Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Company products using professional selling and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state/province of residence and a good driving record.
- Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access.
