SUMMARY
The Institutional Account Manager is tasked with maximizing product sales through comprehensive disease education, patient awareness, and therapeutic compliance. Superior organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role demands exceptional communication abilities, strategic cooperation, and adaptability within a dynamic commercial environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and market penetration targets
- Develop comprehensive business strategies for disease awareness and patient compliance
- Create individualized institutional plans to drive strategic opportunities
- Cultivate robust relationships with key healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively across external and internal platforms
- Provide leadership and territorial financial management
- Participate in business planning and professional meetings
- Develop deep expertise in specific disease state data
- Offer field insights to internal business partners
- Demonstrate leadership and influence
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required

EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
- 3-5 years specialty biotech sales involving high-cost products
